Latest Updates About Delhi Metro Blue Line:
- August 2022: The Delhi Metro Blue Line was modified soon, as per the announcement done by the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC). The renovation will start for the six stations on the blue line metro of Delhi ie. Dwarka-Vaishali/Noida Electronic City. The six stations are Pragati Maidan, Kriti Nagar, Janakpuri East, Indraprastha, New Ashok Nagar, and Mayur Vihar Phase-1.
- DMRC has estimated the project cost to be Rs.12.7 crore. These stations will be renovated, their damaged fall ceilings will be renovated properly, roofs will be replaced if needed, and doors will be replaced.
- Therefore to improve the Mobile Network system on the Delhi Metro, Telecom Infrastructure is being upgraded on all lines of the Delhi Metro,, including the Blue Line route.
- As per the latest news about the degradation, work has been done on the Barakhambha Road, Mandi House, and Dwarka Sector 21 stations on the Blue Line metro.
- Therefore, Mandi House, Janpath, Central Secretariat, Khan Market, Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium, and Jangpura stations on the Violet line ie. from Kashmere gate to Raja Nahar Singh (Ballabhgarh) have also been enhanced the Delhi Metro.
